2020 NAPBA Conference Information

Completed Registration Forms are required for all Attendees (including Sponsors, Vendors, Speakers and guests). They are critical in helping us make final plans, so the earlier we receive them the better we can plan. There is no money due at registration. We will invoice you separately for any fees due.

Your logo will be listed on our website as a NAPBA Sponsor for the full membership year. In addition, it will be included on all Conference materials, posters, etc.
Each Sponsor also receives a full 8.5” x 11” page in the Conference Program. Additionally, we can include any information, graphics or pictures about your company, products and/or attending representatives.
After much thought and consultation with several of our long-standing sponsors, we have decided to do away with designated table space in favor of integrating sponsor signage into the main conference room so that all sponsors and vendors have their logos on prominent display at all times. We encourage you to bring vertical signage or a portable easel for display at the entrance to the main conference space where our daily sessions will be held. In addition, we will be featuring each Sponsor and Vendor with a designated timeslot incorporated into the daily agenda. You can use this time slot to introduce your representatives, talk about new products and services or field a short Q&A session.
One of the special characteristics of NAPBA is that all meals, sessions and activities are open to all members, sponsors and vendors to promote inclusivity. The hotel has a lot of private space for conversations away from the Conference rooms.

Platinum Conference Sponsorship - $6,000 (includes 3 conference attendees)
Additional Conference Attendees - $1,000/person
