2019 NAPBA Conference Information

Completed Registration Forms are required for all Attendees (including Sponsors, Vendors, Speakers and guests). They are critical for helping us make final plans, so the earlier we receive them, the better we can plan. There is no money due at registration. We will invoice you separately for any fees due.

Your logo will be listed on our website as a NAPBA Sponsor for the full membership year. In addition, it will be included on all Conference materials, posters, etc.
Each Sponsor also receives a full 8.5” x 11” page in the Conference Program. Additionally, we can include any additional information, graphics or pictures about your company, products and/or attending representatives.
More information on vendor space will follow as we get closer to the event. We encourage you to take a minimalist approach to your display at the Conference. There is no need to bring a full conference display. A sign or easel, table cover, laptop and material for our group should be more than adequate.

We’ll do everything possible to provide each vendor/sponsor with adequate space to have comfortable, private conversations. We will also be hosting all food in vendor area to encourage member participation with our vendors. The hotel also has a lot of private space for conversations away from the Conference rooms.
Silver Conference Sponsorship - $2,000 (includes 1 conference attendee)
Gold Conference Sponsorship - $4,000 (includes 2 conference attendees)
Platinum Conference Sponsorship - $6,000 (includes 3 conference attendees)
Additional Conference Attendees - $1,000/person
Spouse/Partner/Add'l Guest Cost - $395.00/person
Fun-O-Rama Social Event Cost - $150.00/person
