Why is NAPBA starting a Corporate Sponsorship Program?
In response to our members and sponsors, NAPBA is implementing a one-time per year (i.e. 12-month cycle) sponsorship request. Because we value the support that your organization has historically provided, NAPBA has developed this new program to offer even increased value, heightened recognition and more benefits. Your participation in this newly created Corporate Sponsorship program ensures that National Association of Professional Benefit Administrators (NAPBA) is an Association that has been created by Benefit Administrators for Benefit Administrators. NAPBA was developed to answer the “How to?” questions you may have in handling the administrative issues that impact your clients’ every day.
Are there different levels of sponsorships available?
Yes, there are five levels of sponsorship: Platinum, Gold, and Silver. NAPBA recognizes that there are distinctive variations and interests among organizations. Therefore, careful consideration has been given to determining, as well as distinguishing, each sponsorship level.
What benefits do corporate sponsors receive?
As a NAPBA Corporate Sponsor, your organization has the ability to enjoy the following benefits (subject to actual sponsorship level commitment):
- Premiere exposure and recognition during NAPBA Owners and Executive Conference - held each Spring, as well as other NAPBA sponsored events (i.e. Regional) via banner, print and electronic means.
- Complementary conference registrations and exhibitor booth space.
- Free advertising space within NAPBA electronic and/or hard copy publications, including conference booklets, Member Directory, etc.
- Free employment posting opportunities for your organization on www.NAPBA.org.
- A host of other tangible and intangible benefits – including the annual Governor’s Mansion Reception.
What if I choose not to become a Corporate Sponsor, can my organization still participate at the Owners/Executive Conference, Regional Conferences, or other NAPBA events?
- Yes, NAPBA will offer Exhibitor Space for a fee at the Owners/Executive Conference, as well as the Regional Conferences. However, please in mind that only the Corporate Sponsors will be recognized and highlighted during these NAPBA events.
How does the Corporate Sponsorship impact NAPBA membership?
- Depending on the level of sponsorship selected, your organization will receive one free NAPBA membership which is any member of your organization. Rest assured, though, your organization and its designated representatives will continue to enjoy the following NAPBA membership benefits: discounted Member Rate for attending NAPBA sponsored events; NAPBA communications, NAPBA Alerts, Legislative Alerts, etc.; and access to NAPBA’s online Members Section.
